Contract with TWA Solutions
Once the deposit/payment has been received, you are consenting to be bound by the terms of these policies and procedures.

TWA Solutions accepts the following methods of payment:

  • PayPal (our email address: jessica@twasolutions.com)
  • Credit Card (MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express). To pay by credit card, call (202) 702-7120 to process payment via phone.
  • We do not accept checks.
  • We accept money orders. Email jessica@twasolutions.com for the mailing address.

Deposits on Projects Totaling $551.00 or More
50% deposit, 50% upon completion—A 50% non-refundable deposit for projects totaling $551.00 or more is due prior to the start of work. The balance of the 50% is payable at the end of the project before final deliverables are emailed to the client or uploaded to distribution platforms. If the project is completed by TWA Solutions, and the response from the client lags longer than 5 business days, payment will still be required before receiving the final files.

Payment in Full on Projects Totaling $550.00 or Less
Payment in full is required for projects totaling $550 or less. There will be no exceptions.

Uploading Client Files to Distributor Sites
We will upload your final, print-ready files to distribution sites (i.e., Lightning Source, Ingram Spark, Baker & Taylor, etc.) for an administrative fee of $65 per title.

Publishing Packages
A 50% deposit or monthly installments are accepted—The 50% deposit is non-refundable once work has commenced. TWA Solutions accepts monthly payments for its publishing packages. Payments are made in four monthly installments on the same day each month. Should client cease payment, work will cease. Work will continue when client resumes payment. Services offered for each package is clearly listed on our website. Any service outside of what is offered for each package is considered a la carte and will be charged at our regular rate. Services for each package is for one title only. We will gladly assist with additional /titles at our regular rate, or you may purchase another package.

Delivery of Final Files
TWA Solutions will not release completed project files until the balance due has been paid in full. Once payment has been made in full, the TWA Solutions watermark will be removed and client files will be emailed directly to client in a timely manner. Should client require files to be copied to a CD-ROM, client will pay an admistrative fee of $65.

Typesetting Services
For titles edited by an outside editor, and after book has been formatted, a round of 13 or less changes are accepted at no charge. Fourteen or more changes require a $65 fee. If book needs reformatting, there is a $125 fee.

Cancellations
You can make cancellations at any time. Please keep in mind that all deposits are non-refundable. Additionally, no refunds will be given on work that has been created and in the client’s possession.

Additional Work During Project
During the event that there will be additional requests after the project has begun, extra fees—other than the price originally quoted—will apply. Client will be notified at the time of request of the additional fees.

Our Design Team
Depending on the project, a small team may be required. This will be at no additional cost to you, but let us know if you have an issue with a team working on your project.

Images & Stock Photos
It’s optional to provide your own images. We work with our own gallery of stock images, as well as AI generated graphics, at no extra charge to you. Fees may apply in specific cases (large quantity requests, special licensing for photos, etc). You will be advised of these fees after consultation of your project.

Search Engines and SEO
Outside of the keywords and basic SEO we incorporate in your site, we are not responsible for search engine promotion or marketing of any kind.

Abandoned Projects
A project is considered abandoned when—after completion—customer does not get back to us starting at a minimum of 4 consecutive weeks (1 month). If the balance of your invoice has not been paid, and we are contacted after the 1 month for the files or website launch, an interest fee of $100.00 will apply before the files are given to you or your website is launched.

Our Portfolio and Website Credit
We reserve the right to add completed projects to our portfolio. If a full web design project was completed by our firm, in most cases a credit—Website Designed by TWA Solutions—will be included at the bottom of your website. In certain cases, our website credit will not be posted due to privacy purposes and we respect that. Please notify us if this is the case.

Copyright for Logo Design
Client will have the exclusive right to the logo design chosen. All logos are 100% custom and 100% vector, which means that you can scale to any size without losing quality. Any concepts that are not chosen and paid for will be a violation of TWA Solutions’ rights if they are used elsewhere.

Copyright for Web Design
Web designs are tailored to each business. Note that we reserve the right to use stock images, as required, as part of your web design template. Any concepts that are not chosen and paid for will be a violation of TWA Solutions’ rights if they are used elsewhere.

Revisions to Client Website
Small revisions can be made after we run the test site (like textual changes or images) or after logo concepts are presented. We allow TWO rounds of revisions. After that, however, we bill at $25 per additional round.

Re-upload Website
If you did not secure your hosting through TWA Solutions, and your hosting did not renew, TWA Solutions will upload your website for a fee of $200.

Website Content From You
Upon each website project we begin, a web design questionnaire is given to the client to fill out to help the project run more smoothly. We ask that ALL WEBSITE CONTENT is given with the web design questionnaire. This not only helps firm up an accurate and well laid out design, but it eliminates errors, helps to speed up the process as well and get your website launched.

We will input your content for you, if you have provided it to us in a timely manner. HOWEVER, we are not responsible for proof reading your content, unless you secure our proof-reading services. The content given to us will be added to your website as provided. Please take note that if there are a lot of revisions from the content you’ve given us, an hourly fee may apply. Typically, if the errors are minimal, we will make the corrections at no extra charge.

FREE or Discounted Print Design(s)
Depending on the package chosen, FREE or discounted print design(s) are offered. To qualify for this FREE or discounted print design with your package, it must be ordered at the time your quote is sent or before your website project ends. Placing an order for a print design after your package project is complete, will not qualify you for this promotion and you will be billed at regular price.

Printers
We work with third-party printers that we trust and in which we are affiliated. In the rare case that there is a printing issue, we will work with the printers to get it resolved, but any costs incurred will not be at the expense of TWA Solutions.

Printing Color Variations
Please note that some print materials may not show the exact same color that is showing up on your screen. This is because each computer screen tint can be different on each screen. Any reprints required will not be at the expense of TWA Solutions. We recommend providing Hex #s or Pantone colors if you need exact shades matched up.

Final Artwork File Delivery
Final artwork files are emailed in a zip file. Please notify us if there is a special request.
